Nick is the co-owner and founder of New England Food Business Advisors. Nick brings over 15 years of professional experience supporting small business owners through his work with non-profit food incubators and municipalities. He has guided businesses through complex regulatory hurdles and delivered food safety, business, and educational resources to support their business growth.

Nick has worked for the City of Somerville, MA; first supporting immigrant culinary entrepreneurs to start food businesses as part of the Nibble Culinary Entrepreneurship Program, and then as an Economic Development Planner supporting business and workforce development initiatives. Having worked on food trucks and in kitchens as a baker, line cook, and fishmonger, Nick brings first hand experience in food service and the knowledge of the regulatory environment to overcome your permitting pains.
